Verify a SAB ONE HELP CARD
Partners and members can confirm a card in seconds. No login needed, and no personal information is revealed — only the validity status.
Enter the card number
The number is printed on the card, for example SAB-000123. A member ID such as SABM-000123 also works.
Privacy by design
This page never exposes a member's full name, address, email or complete mobile number. Only the initials, a masked number and the card status are returned.
How it works
Two ways to verify
Scan the QR code
Every HELP CARD carries a QR code. Scanning it with any phone camera opens this verification page with the card number already filled in.
Type the number
If the QR is damaged or the card is a printed copy, type the card number or member ID into the box.
Check before you serve
Confirm the status reads ACTIVE and the name initials match the person in front of you before providing a benefit.
What each status means
- ACTIVE
- Benefits may be provided as per the partner agreement.
- EXPIRED
- Membership needs renewal before benefits are given.
- SUSPENDED
- Card is under review — do not provide benefits.
- CANCELLED
- Card is permanently void.
